Renocura sells refurbished personal computers and related products. All product descriptions, specifications, and conditions are provided as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free, complete, or current. Refurbished products may show minor cosmetic wear consistent with prior use, which will be disclosed in the product listing where applicable.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product listings at any time without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept credit and debit cards as payment methods. By submitting your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the billing information you supply is accurate.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or unauthorized use of a payment method.

Placing an order on Renocura constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. This confirmation does not guarantee availability and we may cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable, in which case you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped within the continental United States only. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Renocura is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns and Refunds

All returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of that policy.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a concern or dispute regarding a charge on your account, you agree to contact Renocura at renocura@gmail.com first and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card provider. Renocura reserves the right to dispute any chargeback that is filed without prior contact and to provide evidence of the original transaction and our good-faith efforts to resolve the matter.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Renocura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our site or purchase of our products.
