Return & Refund Policy
At My Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Eligibility for Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original and resalable condition, with all original packaging, documentation, and software included. Items that are open box or special order products are not eligible for return or exchange. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before purchasing.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at renocura@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without first receiving return instructions from us — unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. All returned items must be insured for at least the full purchase price of the item. My Store is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping, packaging, and handling charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Most non-defective items may be exchanged within 30 days of receipt, subject to eligibility. Defective items must be returned and received before a replacement unit can be sent out. My Store does not ship replacement units in advance.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage or tampering on the box, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. If you accept a damaged shipment, you must note the damage on the carrier's delivery record and contact us at [your email address] within 7 days of delivery. Claims for damaged items reported after 7 days cannot be honored.
Order Discrepancies
If your order arrives with missing items, incorrect products, or short-shipments, you must report the discrepancy to us within 5 days of delivery. We cannot process discrepancy claims after this window.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Open box or special order products
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items not in original condition or missing original packaging, documentation, or software
- Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
Product Recalls
In the event of a manufacturer recall, My Store will make reasonable efforts to assist customers but cannot guarantee replacement or compensation beyond what the manufacturer provides.
